Alhaq Tours Services

Alhaq Tours is an independent travel agency and is not affiliated with any government body, embassy, or consulate in the United States or abroad. We are not responsible for the approval or rejection of travel documents such as visas or passports.We act only as an agent on your behalf to arrange services provided by third-party vendors such as airlines, hotels, transport companies, and other travel-related suppliers (referred to as “Service Providers”). Our website and promotional materials may display travel information such as destinations, airfares, packages, hotel details, flight schedules, currency rates, insurance options, and more. While we do our best to ensure this information is accurate and current, Alhaq Tours cannot guarantee its accuracy and will not be held responsible for any errors or changes made by third parties.

Please note that most of the services in your booking are provided directly by these Service Providers and are subject to their own terms and conditions. Some of their policies may limit their responsibility or restrict changes, refunds, or cancellations. We strongly recommend you read and understand their terms before booking. Alhaq Tours is not liable for any incorrect information, changes, or miscommunications made by third-party providers. Prices, schedules, and availability are subject to change at any time without notice. All travel-related documents (e.g., visas, airline tickets, hotel or tour vouchers) are non-transferable and may have strict conditions such as no refunds, no date changes, or penalties for changes or cancellations. It is your responsibility to be aware of these conditions.

If a third-party provider fails to deliver a service, your claim must be directed to that provider, not Alhaq Tours. Unless AlHaq Tours has specifically confirmed otherwise in writing, you are fully responsible for arranging your own valid passport, visa, and any required health documentation before travel.

Travelers Requiring Special Assistance

If you have a disability or need special assistance during your trip, you must inform Alhaq Tours in writing at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs, but we cannot guarantee that all services will be available or accessible. We are also not responsible if any third-party service providers are unable or unwilling to meet your needs.

Please note that Alhaq Tours is not able to provide personal assistance with tasks such as walking, eating, boarding transportation, or other daily activities. If you need such help, you must travel with a qualified, physically able companion who can take full responsibility for assisting you.If no such companion is available, Alhaq Tours reserves the right to cancel your booking and issue a full refund of your deposit. We are not liable for any traveler who requires personal assistance but does not have an accompanying helper.

Liability

Alhaq Tours is not responsible if any traveler misses a part of the program due to reasons beyond our control. In such cases, any extra costs to rejoin the tour will be the responsibility of the traveler. Once the trip has started, no changes will be made, and no refunds will be given for any unused services. For the return of your documents, Alhaq Tours uses FedEx unless you provide a prepaid shipping label for the courier of your choice. We are not liable for any delay, loss, or damage that occurs during the return of your documents through FedEx, DHL, UPS, or any other courier service.

While participating in a tour organized by Alhaq Tours, please be aware that certain risks may occur which are outside our control. These include but are not limited to: traveling in remote or undeveloped areas, transportation by air, land, or sea, natural events, political instability, terrorism, or accidents and illnesses in areas with limited access to medical care or emergency services. Alhaq Tours is not responsible for the availability, access, or quality of medical care during the tour. Although we take necessary precautions, by booking and taking part in our packages or optional activities, you agree that AlHaq Tours cannot be held responsible for any medical care issues or travel risks that may arise.
